Operation Bipartisan Media
It would be a lot simpler to make an intelligent choice for president of the United States if the media was not so liberally biased. I cannot find a single station willing to truely seperate themselves from the celebrity of the race and just give us the facts. They are so caught up in the drama and entertainment factor of politics, supposed legitimate news sources are becoming more like a Daily Show, Colbert Report, SNL news report. Looking for ratings? Try being a little more bipartisan and giving us the actual facts instead of searching the late night monologues for some comedic bit on the Republican party. I know the media is a gatekeeper to information, but I didn't know that the Democratic party was the only side allowed out. If Obama was suspending his campaign, the media would be giving him a medal.

"President of the United States should be able to do more than one thing at a time." - Obama
"President of the United States should be able to do more than one thing at a time." Obama
What, besides campaigning, are you doing to help the country Senator? If you really cared and was looking out for the people and not "eye on the prize" of the highest office in the country, you would be putting country, the economy, and the citizen's futures first.

Delaying Presidential Debate - Democratic Fears Revealed
If Obama doesn't go back to Washington he is going to be looking like what every Puma and Regan Democrat is worried about, that Senator Obama will not be a president of action but a great orator and debator with celebrity status and backing but without any true substance or backbone. With the economy being the top issue and Democrats promising that without Hillary they still hold the issue to be of the up most importance, how exactly is Senator McCain beating Senator Obama to economic decision making in DC?

Fey has been requested back to SNL to play Palin
Who else would they even ask? It's so obvious. That's who McCain thought Palin was to begin with.

Mistaken Identity

So was it after Republic Presidential Candidate, Senator John McCain saw movie Baby's Momma did he choose running mate, Governor Sarah Palin, or was it the visits to SNL and his desire to retain celebrity status with general public relate-ability? I could see how the country could really benefit from a candidate like Tina Fey. With the word crisis proceeding every political issue and term on the news today, would it be so bad to have a light hearted, weekend update type press conferences? Beyond the
controversy and the lack yet there of media interaction from Palin, I do believe she was a great, strategic choice by McCain. In the long run, I am not sure that her qualifications and maverick controversy will stand true enough for the American public too choose a McCain / Palin ticket over an Obama / Biden. Well with 55 days left, Lorne Michaels may want to bring Fey back for a few Palin spoofs, but in my opinion, only if Tina Fey authors those skits.
